Privacy Policy

The operator recognizes the importance of personal information protection and will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") and make efforts to handle and protect personal information appropriately in accordance with the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy").

1. Definition of Personal Information

Personal information means personal information as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The operator uses members' personal information for the following purposes:

  2. To provide content and information related to the service
  3. To bill for the use of the service and provide payment services

  5. To conduct surveys related to the service

  10. To improve quality management and convenience of the service

  12. To track and display health and fitness progress
  13. For purposes consented to by members
  14. For other purposes permitted by law

2-2. Handling of Conversation Data

The operator may use conversation data between members and AI assistants in the service (hereinafter referred to as "conversation data") for the following purposes:

The operator will not use conversation data for AI model training. The operator may create and publish statistical data that cannot identify individuals from conversation data.

Conversation data will be stored for the period necessary to provide the service. However, even after account deletion, data may be retained in a form that cannot identify individuals for the purposes of service quality improvement, statistical analysis, and legal compliance.

3. Changes to Purpose of Use

The operator may change the purpose of use of personal information to the extent reasonably deemed to be related, and will notify or announce to members in the event of such changes.

4. Restrictions Based on Purpose of Use

The operator will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use without obtaining prior consent from members. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

5. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information

The operator will properly acquire personal information and will not acquire it through false or other improper means. The operator will not acquire personal information from children under 15 years of age without parental consent.

The operator may acquire sensitive personal information, including health and fitness information, in the service. Members are deemed to have consented to the collection and use of conversation data and input data containing sensitive personal information by using the service.

6. Security Management of Personal Information

The operator will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to its employees to ensure security management of personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage. When the operator outsources all or part of the handling of personal information, it will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure security management of personal information at the outsourcing destination.

Your data is stored securely using Firebase services provided by Google. The operator also uses Sentry services for error tracking and service improvement.

7. Provision to Third Parties

The operator will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from members, except in the following cases:

7-1. Outsourcing

The operator may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, the operator will thoroughly examine the suitability of the outsourcing destination and stipulate matters related to confidentiality obligations in contracts to create a system for proper information management.

Currently, the operator outsources operations to the following service providers:

7-2. Provision to Third Parties in Foreign Countries

When providing personal information to third parties in foreign countries, the operator will obtain prior consent from members. However, this does not apply when such consent is not required under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

In this service, the above service providers may process data in foreign countries, including the United States. Members are deemed to have consented to this by using the service.

8. Disclosure of Personal Information

When requested by a member to disclose personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the operator will disclose it to the member without delay after confirming that the request is from the member (if the personal information does not exist, the operator will notify the member to that effect). However, this does not apply when the operator is not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

9. Correction of Personal Information

When requested by a member to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") the content of personal information on the grounds that it is not true, based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the operator will, after confirming that the request is from the member, promptly conduct necessary investigations within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and based on the results, make corrections to the content of personal information and notify the member thereof (if a decision is made not to make corrections, the operator will notify the member to that effect). However, this does not apply when the operator is not obligated to make corrections under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information

When requested by a member to suspend or delete the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the previously announced purpose of use or that it was acquired through false or other improper means, based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, if it is determined that the request has reason, the operator will, after confirming that the request is from the member, promptly suspend the use of personal information and notify the member thereof. However, this does not apply when the operator is not obligated to suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

12. Continuous Improvement

The operator will review the operational status of handling personal information as appropriate and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change this Policy as necessary. The revised Policy will become effective when posted on this page, unless otherwise specified by the operator.

13. Data Export and Deletion

Members can export their personal data through the functions within the service. Members can also request deletion of personal data associated with their account by deleting their account. However, this does not apply to information that must be retained based on laws and regulations or information retained in a form that cannot identify individuals as statistical information.

14. Non-Sale Policy of Personal Information

The operator will not sell members' personal information to third parties. However, the following cases are not considered sales:
